The rural north-west and Singapore's newest HDB town.
District 24 covers Lim Chu Kang, Tengah, Kranji, Sungei Gedong and the western farmland belt. Most of it is agriculture, military land and the Kranji countryside; Tengah is being built as a car-lite 'forest town' with new BTO and EC supply.

- BTO and EC buyers who want to get into the new Tengah town early
- Buyers drawn to the car-lite, green master plan and the future Jurong Region Line
- Anyone who values proximity to Kranji, the Rail Corridor and the north-west nature areas
Trade-offs to weigh
- Tengah is still under construction -- amenities, greenery and transport are phased in over years
- Outside Tengah, there is very little housing and few services
- The Jurong Region Line is not yet operational for the whole town
